With over twenty-eight years of ministry leadership, there is no question that women's ministry is my purpose and passion! My life is a testament to God's love, favor, commitment, dedication and faithfulness.

To Be His2 is a virtual community on Face Book's social media platform with currently over 2.lK Queens from all over the United States and abroad! My team and I get up every morning to serve online as well as in our own personal marketplaces, churches, and families. I am humbled to lead a team of women that love to see every woman winning in life, and fulfilling their God given purpose!

We are so excited to be celebrating our ninth ministry anniversary on July 3, 2026!

My mission will ALWAYS be to Engage, Equip, and Empower every woman that I meet! When you walk away my heart is that you will feel that value has been added to your lives!

Jameshia is a licensed and certified John Maxwell transformational speaker, coach, and trainer currently pursuing a master’s in biblical studies and business management. Jameshia has over twenty-eight years of ministry service, counseling, and training coupled with twenty-five years of service in Home Health & Hospice, it is obvious that ministry and service to others is her passion!

Business owner and entrepreneur, Jameshia is passionate about all that God has placed in her hands to steward over. Touching the whole woman, every aspect of who God made her to be is the passion that drives her!
